Madam Saigon (已結業)

The phó was quite decent, made with fairly authentic broth and tender Angus beef slices. The cold rolls were very pleasing, both to look and eat in. We also ordered lotus seedlings stir-fried with belacan as our veg, great flavours but the seedlings were a bit tough to chew. The place has some cool décors, a decent choice if you are looking for chic Vietnamese restaurant. A bit pricey but this is TST we are talking about.
