Recommended by a friend, I decided to try if the food is good. LocationAbout 3 minutes walk from Exit F of Causeway Bay MTR station, the shop is easy to find. Decoration on 2nd floor is a fusion of Japanese and Western, grand and spacious. Salad barI added the semi-buffet set for $58 including soups, salad, juice and ice cream. I enjoyed particularly the salad and fresh juice. The salad variety is comprehensive and with 6 sauces to choose from, while my favorite juice is mixed vegetable favor. L

Salad bar
I added the semi-buffet set for $58 including soups, salad, juice and ice cream. I enjoyed particularly the salad and fresh juice. The salad variety is comprehensive and with 6 sauces to choose from, while my favorite juice is mixed vegetable favor. Last but not least, the ice cream is tasty as well.
Meat
The US Angus Striploin Stead (10oz) with Demi-Grace sauce is a good match. The meat is served on a metal plate with 50% done, after I finished my onion soup and salad, the meat is almost 75% done. If you are a meat lover, strongly suggest consuming the steak as soon as they are served. They also provide a small piece of hot stone if you consider your steak too raw. Very considerate and I would give it a bonus point.
Overall
The service is excellent, there is always staff around the buffet area to help you through. I am bringing my family for dinner soon.
