Saw nice pictures of the food here before, always looked busy when i go past it. Busy, busy and many people smoking outside and lots of steam from the hotpot inside.Went for birthday treat, didnt have booking so they told us to go next door to Man Fat a competitor where Man Fat would give us the hotpot we want. The people at Man Fat ignored us. The manager even walked away from us as we were giving our order. Disgusting service. We had to call him back to finish the order and the beef we ordere
Went for birthday treat, didnt have booking so they told us to go next door to Man Fat a competitor where Man Fat would give us the hotpot we want. The people at Man Fat ignored us. The manager even walked away from us as we were giving our order. Disgusting service. We had to call him back to finish the order and the beef we orderer for the hotpot never arrived but they tried to charge us $150 for the non-existant beef.
The main restaurant looks nice, but the staff really do not care at all. The food tasted good, but what is a hot pot without the beef. I never would hve ordered the hot pot if they told us they didnt want to sell us the beef we ordered.
