🦑 Salt & Pepper Squid - crispy, flavourful and punchy
🍢 Satay Skewers - love the peanut sauce
🦀 Crab Cigars - creative style of cantonese spring rolls!

🐮 Angus Ox Cheek - The beef was slow cooked and so very tender! The accompanying curry sauce was velvety in texture and aromatic.
🍖 Lamb Chop - well spiced, expertly grilled, flavourful! Additional points for a deliciously made couscous too!

🍫 Serradura - which was a Layered Chocolate Mousse
🍌 “Moonana” Ice Cream Split - The desserts were gloriously plated. They were so beautiful that we found it hard to dig in!! The mousse was so delicious great texture and layers. The ice cream split was a smart twist on a classic dish.
