TGIF! Look at the yolk, still running! It wasn't too oily tho it was deep fried, loved the contrasting combination of crispiness and softness and gooeyness. Overall the salad was nicely done, fresh romaine lettuce with shaves of parmeasan cheese, dressed in a creamy ceasar dressing. No wonder why this was one of their signature dishes!

Overall, I find Glasshouse a nice casual hang out place at IFC. Tho I had to yell to talk sometimes as the music was a little bit too loud, but I would definitely come back again for drinks and supper.
