Came here @aira_izakayahongkong for dinner and didn’t expect it’s such a big place with dining area, bar area, vip room and an outdoor terrace. Food was well presented and decor was nice too. We were first welcomed by a small appetizer that was black fungus, with a hint of spiciness from Sichuan peppercorns. We tried the shabu shabu here and some skewers. The marbling was so nice and the fat was well balanced. Though we need to cook by ourselves, it’s still an easy work. With egg yolk, sesame sauce and yuzu sauce on the side, you may choose whichever sauce to enhance the taste.
🥂Grilled Minced Chicken Stick $58
It’s homemade minced chicken stick and was very flavourful. Of course it tasted even better with the egg yolk sauce.
🥂Chicken with Leek $48
It’s very tender and I liked how they added the leek on top.
🥂Capelin $68
Fried to the right texture, it’s packed with roe and very appetising.
Knowing that there’s a huge bar area, would really like to come enjoy that again.
