One of the boss here recommend the bahasa with clam & white-wine sauce after he clarify sunflowerting not a vegetarian it's really yummy with spicy favour, the clam is taste good, strong smell of wine-wine & the bahasa also chewable texture, its important that there is no sand inside the clam! While the baked rice with tomato & pork jowl in italian style is mainly having cheese on the top with certain tomato paste, pork is taste good & slightly with cheese's frangrant, I also choose white rice r

knowing wistful since last Oct from openrice, as never ever went to Tin-sum, it's an adventure afternoon esp. under heavy rain!
though rain twice time, sunflowerting is not familar to get to a new place, delay after 30 mins as walk around that small village twice time too (staff can walk within 5 mins ! from railway station)
rain stop for a while afterwards, the only customers left at last, the staffs feel more relaxe, start their late tea & chat with their 2 boss under leisure music !
the mix mushroom salad come after the add-value combination (i.e. today-soup & hot drink )= pumpkin soup is in creamy style & a small part of ginger raise up the taste, but dislike the bread, maybe it's the toast dice over it; while the milk-tea is normal & strong tea base without frangrant. Salad is a big portion esp. with various green veg. & mushrooms as a big starter!
I can say that they're quite low-profile: during the conversation when sunflowerting looking on the way, over 6 pedestrian didn't know their location! Even they said they're behind a famous fish-ball noodle shop
rainbow pizza: big size, thin base with 4 veg. ingredient: mushroom, 3 colour of pepper, sweet corn & onion, it taste light & fresh, meet the target of 3 low= which is low fat, low salt & low sugar! Interest to return: want to try lamb-chop & dessert asap
題外話/補充資料：
mix mushroom salad in caesar sauce = $32, rainbow pizza = $48, soup of today (Pumpkin soup)+ tea with milk = $18, baked rice with tomato & pork jowl in italian style = $50, clam with bahasa in white wine sauce = $49
