To be honest, it's hard to find a nice Pho place in HK. This one I heard was good so decided to give it a try. Hmm... I wouldn't say it's great, but not bad. At least the beef was tender, and noodles were soft. The soup was quite tasty too. A nice choice for a quick lunch in Central. The restaurant was not small, but really, too many people. We still needed to share table with other customers. Welcome to HK... There were always people lining up at the door too. Lucky for me to have early lunch h
