Pan Seared Rib EyeWe ordered medium rare and it is seared beautifully. Rib Eye taste very good with the Red Wine sauce.
Chicken rouladeThe roulade is really tasty, as all those ingredients together matches perfectly. Some people might think foie gras in it might ruin the taste. But the truth is that it is very creamy and bring more complexity to the whole. Worth a try.
Cheese CakeCheese Cake is very rich and it is better to eat with the ice cream served together. The berry sauce is a little sour as the whole thing won’t be too heavy to eat.
