so what's the fuss about?everyone I pass by the Brew Bros., there's always a queue at the door. I mean, there are other cafes in the sheung wan area, are the people too lazy to explore our is this a gem? I'm not usually a "lineup" person, however, out of curiosity, along with the company of my buddy, we have it a 20 mins wait on a Sunday brunch hour.the cafe ain't big, around 20ish pax capacity, but they didn't sacrifice spacious for business, though small, each table remains a certain distance,

I ordered myself a long mac, which was a long black with a dash of milk at 60'C. and a Brew Bros. brekky with pooched eggs.

the presentation of the brekky was great and wholesome. a little bit of everything and certainly fed me well. however, the poached egg was hardened instead of runny yolk, which I didn't like about. other than that, it was fairly good.

after we finished our meal, we continued to sit for half an hour or so, but the staffs did not rush us out even though it was prime time. nowadays, I think it's rather easy to provide quality coffee or food, but keeping good service might not be easy. Brew Bros. got the formula for a good cafe: Good coffee, Good food, Good environment, and service with heart.
definitely come back next time!
