It's national day and we booked this Germany restaurant to celebrate our monthly special day. Surprisingly, it's not full booking given its location closing to the Victoria harbour and be able to enjoy the firework.We ordered signature roasted pork knuckle, baby back ribs, fried fish fillet and butter spinach. Roasted pork knuckle n ribs are up to standard, which is not dry. I do think the knuckle could be more crispy though. The ribs tasted good with the BBQ sauce all over each slice. Butter sp

Butter spinach is nice and very buttery as expected. Fish fillet is a bit overcooked so the flour coating turns hard.
