A local cha chaan teng in the less popular area in yuen long serving up a variety of stir-fried dishes. Prices were very decent and food quality was quite good for its price.Stir-fried pork chop instant noodlesSurprised by the huge portion! There was A LOT of noodles and loved how it’s stir fried to a dry but chewy texture. The fried garlic on top definitely added more intensity to the flavor. Pork chop was big and tender, but I wish the whole dish was a bit less oily!
