Perfectly cooked, looks raw inside but the texture is very tender.
I liked all the dishes except the tiramisu at the end, it wasn’t bad but it’s just not so tiramisu😂instead of mascarpone cheese mousse and Italian meringue genoise they made a biscuit base (tasted like digestive cookie crumbs mixed with butter) and coffee flavoured cheese mousse, and no taste of coffee imbibage. The lava on top was a bit fun but it just tasted like normal cream. The chocolate art drawing comes with the dessert was superb tho😆
Overall we really enjoyed the dinner, maybe should try their creme burlee next time. Highly recommended👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
