I went with 3 friends to this restaurant yesterday. I booked a table next to the window and we enjoyed the panoramic view of the Victoria Harbor and the laser display.We had high expectation … the food turned out to be quite okay la:- the satay soup base was thick but could have been richer in flavor- the beef neck meat was tender (? too tender) but could have been stronger in beefy taste- the huge shrimp dumpling taste good but could have been smaller in size (one of my friend felt full after c
We had high expectation … the food turned out to be quite okay la:
- the satay soup base was thick but could have been richer in flavor
- the beef neck meat was tender (? too tender) but could have been stronger in beefy taste
- the huge shrimp dumpling taste good but could have been smaller in size (one of my friend felt full after consuming one dumpling)
- the vegetable & mushroom basket was nicely displayed but some of the greens were quite chewy
- the fried bean curb & fish skin were good
- the assorted meat balls were fresh but quite small in size
That said, it was quite an enjoyable gathering and we probably will come back.
