1st impression wasn't great as we had to wait, alothough a table had ben booked! Fair enough, all good restaurants require it's guests to wait which I didn't mind, BUT they managed to give a table away to 2 people who didnt even book!! Patience is a virtue, but I had to make sure that was not going to happen again... so beware if you've made a reservation.The food however, really speaks for itself and will have your taste buds dancing! The food however, really speaks for itself and will have your taste buds dancing! The Wagyu beef was tasty, juicy and tender, just as expected and the portion was just enough for 2. The Ox tongue has different grades and we chose to try the Supreme version and wasn't dissapointed, again very tender, the texture might be a bit strange to those who hav'nt had it before, but it's worth a try. We also had the Fois gras with Stone Pot Rice, not a great combination as the rice needs to be mixed and will eventually lose the flavor of the Fois Gras, my advise is to eat the Fois Gras Separately or not order it at all The Tiger Prawn and Scallops were fresh and very juicy indeed so no problems there!
The service is another story, maybe I have high standards, but still, there's no excuses for mising items off my order, so don't expect too much. It's worth a try and the price is very reasonable for the quality of food your getting! I'd go again.
