Beef Ribs & Fish Dumpling in Rice Noodle - 牛坑腩魚皮餃河粉Beef - it wasn't tough which is a plus, but the texture was sort of weird as it's bounciful in the teeth. Hor Fun rice noodles - these we're the thicker whitish type. I guess it's about average. All in all I will happily eat here again, but won't expect too much and it's certainly nothing like they market themselves to be - No.1 Beef Brisket Noodles
