Have been to this restaurant numerous times, but today would be the last time in my life.Went with husband and ordered a Coral Trout(东星斑) . Initially the staff fished out an unhealthy, injured one (with some skin coming off the body) for us and husband requested to have another fish. The staff told us we have to pay 400plus for it (we agreed though for the size, it usually cost us around 300). Went with husband and ordered a Coral Trout(东星斑) . Initially the staff fished out an unhealthy, injured one (with some skin coming off the body
) for us and husband requested to have another fish. The staff told us we have to pay 400plus for it (we agreed though for the size, it usually cost us around 300). Shortly after he brought the one we picked into the kitchen, he came out to fish the unhealthy fish away and went back into the same kitchen. He told us he would be discarding it as no customer would want it (then why did you even offer this to us in the first place if you know there is a problem???) to assure us when my husband told him to NOT serve us that in case they swap it in the kitchen.

Subsequently when we were served, we noticed that it was not the one we ordered and requested to speak to the guy. The waitress asked us whether it was the $200+ fish we ordered (we were quoted $400+ by the guy!) and we explained the situation to her. The guy came and we requested him to show us the discarded fish. He was super furious and stomped out with two dead fishes, and slapped these right on our dining table. (Anyway, these are all not the unhealthy one we saw as there were no problem with the skin. )

- I am super annoyed by the fact that he threw the dead fishes on our dining table

- I seriously wonder how many times have I been served with a swopped fish since they have so many dead fishes kept in the kitchen

- If you know that you should throw the fish away cos its unhealthy, why did you even bother to offer it to your customer in the first place???

Never will I ever go back to this restaurant again.
