📍Shang Palace 1 Michelin Star Restaurant Oh my oh my…another Restaurant Week mistake…There is not even one above average dish, let alone it being any good. Am really surprised by both the quality of food as well as service but not in a good way…The starter trio and soup were average. The starter trio and soup were average. Then everything went downhill…the steamed fresh abalone was over cooked in a very overpowering mandarin peel & black bean sauce. There is near to nil seasoning for the veggie and vermicelli with scallops. Even the dumplings in the cashew cream were mushy 😰
It can only be fair if I try their Al carte menu but then their service is very deterring 😅
