9 of us arranged an Angelus wine dinner there, the menu as follow,1.) Spanish Iberico Ham,Melon---- Normal taste nothing special, some of my friends' were too tender2.) Spaghettini Pasta with Wild Mushroom ,Truffle---- Good and it was the only good one for the whole night3.) Seared French Duck Foie Gras---- over cooked4.) Roasted French Quail with Sauteed Rocket Leaves---- the worst one of the night, it was in the refrigerator for years. The smell of refrigerator still exist. Most of us felt it

5.) Herb-Roasted Australian Rack of Lamb
---- it is close to "nice" level, but ate not like lamb. So I rate it not ok for lamb eater.
OR
Slow-cook U.S Angus Ribeye Steak
---- the texture is soft and nice, not easy to make. Similar to the lamb, it ate not like beef. No taste at all. Very bad.
6.) Assiette of Dessert
----- Nothing special
Unlimited non-stop drinking water supply, with gas or just mineral water from Italy. But $30 each. Very efficent providing water even u don't ask for it. Good service providing water.
About wines, we bring our wines there (6 bottles of Angelus 2x 1995, 2x2003 1x 2001, 1x 2002. About $1500 each). I bring those wines there 2 days before dinner. But they did not put my wines into wine cellar. Such a high class factory location restuarant, it is really normal that they dont have one wine cellar (I think). Or maybe my wines are too cheap to put into the wine cellar. So when we drank the wines, they were warm.
About air conditioning, that night was very hot. I asked over 3 times to turn on the air as high as possible. But the situation was still the same. Maybe it was really hot that day.
$700 for that menu + $150 water and tips = $850 per head. Really a very good deal............
