No noodles, no explanation

Waited 30 minutes while watching someone else eat. Even when staff alerted to missing food (they did not, of course, notice themselves) the response was slow. Noodle soup delivered to my counterpart no problem. My soup never appeared. Cancelled my lunch. No discount, no apology. I'd give NA for taste but not an option on the Ap.
