#六安居here former name was #蓮香樓。 as per their old boss retired. the old waiter and waitress want keep their wages and want to continue this place. but the old boss was not real boss, just a brother of the real boss who own the traditional name 蓮香樓，but not allowing to run with this name. therefore they had to give it up and started a new name 六安居。 they believe we had safe in six way. i dont know which six and hope this will help running this place. its a kind of superstition from olds. cut the bull

cut the bull-sheeting, the staffs are all 70+ ... very bad at listening. they still keeping the 30s old way cart pushing dimsum. people need to get out to get their food and stamp on the card given. if the food are too popular. they will be grabbed by other before the cart come to your table. thats why people are walking around seeking food.
plus. there is zero service... if u are tourist u dont know how to find seat. u need find by yourself. no one can help... u sit down. they will prepare tea. u food will come. if u cant sit down you will standing like stupd and watching people eat.
overall. very unique serving style. only tourist love it. seats are narrow. place are dirty... food are good. old taste and 100% hand made.
