This bowl of ramen is a total flavour bomb, filled with a rich, flavourful chicken broth, a tendered chicken drumstick, and topped with the soft boiled egg and the deep fried burdocks.
The chicken broth was rich in flavour and left a soy sauce flavour aftertaste, the noodle was cooked to a perfect texture with just enough balance of chewy.
