We were very excited about trying their homemade BIANG BIANG NOODLES, and was most disappointed to find that they have just run out of them when we placed our order😭 Well that just speaks volumes about how popular their Biang Biang noodles are and we are determined to revisit and try our luck a second time💪🏻 We still thoroughly enjoyed everything we had. Favourite of the evening was the 🍲Tender chicken with Bak Choy wide broth noodles 嫩雞白布湯闊麵 (HKD 68), everything was soft, smooth and tender, and
We still thoroughly enjoyed everything we had. Favourite of the evening was the 🍲Tender chicken with Bak Choy wide broth noodles 嫩雞白布湯闊麵 (HKD 68), everything was soft, smooth and tender, and worked wonders with that milky white chicken broth, such a comforting and hearty bowl of noodles!

Our other main course was their🦀 Hairy crab meat sauce noodles 鎮店蟹黃面 (HKD 98). I really enjoyed the chewy bouncy texture of egg noodles but was a little disappointed in how quickly the hairy crab meat sauce cooled down and it turned into a bowl of cold noodles🥶 There were also bits of shells among the crab meat in the sauce🙈

We had a side dish of 🐔 House special drunken chicken 秘制香糟醉雞 (HKD 58), which was very well executed. The chicken was extremely tender and nicely seasoned without being overly bitter.
