Came back to have the handmade noodles again. I really enjoy the texture and chewiness of the noodles here.I ordered the Numbing Spicy Medium Flat noodles with sliced fatty beef. It came as a huge, steaming bowl filled with a large portion of noodles, and a big pile of fatty beef on top. The other toppings include oyster mushrooms, lettuce and bean sprouts, all cooked nicely and complimented the noodles well.I like how the subtle flavour of the mushrooms can still be tasted through the numbing s

The other toppings include oyster mushrooms, lettuce and bean sprouts, all cooked nicely and complimented the noodles well.
I like how the subtle flavour of the mushrooms can still be tasted through the numbing spiciness of the soup.
Although the price is a bit more expensive than the big chain rice noodle shops, I think it is really worth it to come here for a bit of variety.
