Of course mushrooms and truffles go well, why didn’t I think of thatserved with cream sauce and rich olive oil drizzled. Big eater may complain about the portion size but I am here to taste the truffles not get stuffed
Dessert- chocolate 🍫 🍰
Layered chocolate cake on bed of spiced cream and black current reduction, topped with tiny parsley and tiny weeny slice of truffles.
Be sure to taste your food here slowly to enjoy the different taste and texture
