Ordered three 塩麵and another popular item with fried chicken with it , I had the former one. The ramen is nice not the best thought,I tried 一蘭 few days ago and personally, latter one is better.yet, one thing I like about this ramen is that the piece of cha siu is better than in 一蘭. the soup is light ,perfect for people who prefer eating less salty and relatively 'healthy' . theres few sauces to choose from on each table so as to pair with the ramen for extra flavours : 柚子

the soup is light ,perfect for people who prefer eating less salty and relatively 'healthy' . theres few sauces to choose from on each table so as to pair with the ramen for extra flavours : 柚子,辣柚子and so on.it is thoughtful of them to have a sheet of paper listing out sauces that are well served with which particular ramen.
Overally,the ramen ordered is not as good as expected , its a bit dull , noodles tend to soak and become soft quickly .its not bad though, just fair.i was feeling quite full at that time so probly that's why I didn't really find it 'surprising' as well.
Would I come here again?maybe no.would I recommend people to there? Yes I believe as it's quite a renown store in Japan .
