There are two branches of Fisherman, one in TW and one is TST.Went to the one is TST as I was in the area.Tried the noodle with fishmaw which turned out disappointing.Firstly the fishmaw was hard, cold and fishy while the noodles had a strong akaline taste.The big pieces of fungus tasted strangely sour and there was not enough sauce mix the noodles.
