We made a reservation at 6:30pm on a Friday night and we pretty much had the entire restaurant to ourselves until 7:30ish…that’s when most other people started to arrive. We were being served by a Japanese chef. We ordered the omakase menu. Appetisers were just okay, the beef was okay (being the most essential pieces of the meal!) not as tender as I would have expected, also lack of marbling, didn’t melt in my mouth (!) one thing I liked was the egg white foam with the egg yolk, was very interes

Not really worth the price for the quality that we are paying in comparing to the very famous one from Central
