For me to say a pho place is amazing it takes a lot. It has never come close at any place in hong kong. This place is brand new and I have been here twice. I have got to say that this is one of the better ones in hong kong. The soup of the pho is not dark brown, it is clear and you can tell its not pure artificial flavoring. They provide fresh basil, mint leaves, bean sprouts and lime. Believe me, some places dont in hong kong and stay tune to my reviews to learn about which ones. The most impre

The most impressive thing to me is that they provide Vietnam made pickled soya bean sauce... which is the sweet sauce, Tuong Den Pho. To those restaurants using chinese hoi sin sauce, you dont know what the fxxk you are doing. To make it short, I recommend. Tell me what you think after.
