為鼓勵食肆透過提供食物份量選擇和採取減少廚餘措施，與顧客共同從源頭減少廚餘，環境保護署推出了「咪嘥嘢食店」計劃，參與食肆如符合評核準則將獲「咪嘥嘢食店」認可資格和獲發「咪嘥嘢食店」的標誌及標貼，以供張貼於店舖內和宣傳，供顧客識別。此計劃全年均接受申請，申請費用全免。

On saturday night, 2 of us went there for late dinner... the place was not busy at all ... only 1/4 of the biggest grill table with 2 chefs is occupied... the chef said it was one of the most unusual nights that day coz normally the whole place should be packed on saturday nights.. welll that's good for us so won't be crowded... we ordered alaska crab, ox tongue, goose liver, veggie, corn, salmon tummy, chicken joint, eel.... in general most of the things are not bad. but i would not say it's v

On saturday night, 2 of us went there for late dinner... the place was not busy at all ... only 1/4 of the biggest grill table with 2 chefs is occupied... the chef said it was one of the most unusual nights that day coz normally the whole place should be packed on saturday nights.. welll that's good for us so won't be crowded... we ordered alaska crab, ox tongue, goose liver, veggie, corn, salmon tummy, chicken joint, eel.... in general most of the things are not bad. but i would not say it's very great given its price.... their goose liver is cooked with sauce inside aluminium foil... the first impression i have when seeing the dish is the Hannibal movie.. when he cut a slice of the guy's brain and pan fried it.... the goose liver does look like a hacked up brain in the movie... it does not look bad it's just that i have this feeling.. .and its taste is quite good too...

will go again but not very often..
