The beef tripe was not that special. I had a beef tripe noodle and found that it was overrun with oyster sauce. The original flavour was masked with the taste that should not be there. The result was not good and made it too salty. I think it should be done with only the original gravy, not something else. The beef tripe was overcooked to very soft.
