This is the fourth branch of mr tang's cafe. I have quite high expectations for it after reading the positive reviews of other branches.It's not as good as I would have expected, but it's better than many cha chaan teng. (Too many positive reviews could be a disadvantage)Staff are a bit impatient and the long queue is a huge turnoff.Milk tea is so so but the beef sandwich is delicious. The evil, cheesy and juicy feeling is hard to beat. Extra point is given to keeping the temperature of the sand

I might revisit for their their famous pineapple bun.
