Wife and I went on a Friday afternoon before the dinner time rush (around 5:30pm) so we were seated without any wait.We already had lunch elsewhere and was just looking for a nice place for a light dessert and coffee.Ordered the green tea "pat bingsu" and an americano coffee. The bingsu was overall decent. Perhaps a bit too liberal with the matcha powder, as it sorta overpowered everything. Only one scoop of ice cream, but the milky ice shavings made up for it. It didn't have chewy rice cake

Ordered the green tea "pat bingsu" and an americano coffee. The bingsu was overall decent. Perhaps a bit too liberal with the matcha powder, as it sorta overpowered everything. Only one scoop of ice cream, but the milky ice shavings made up for it. It didn't have chewy rice cake bits that we're used to when we're back home in Korea, but perhaps that was because we ordered the green tea variety. The size was generous for two adults to share.
The americano was actually pretty decent as well. Definitely not run of the mill instant machine press americano. Can tell it was freshly ground with a nice natural roast flavor. Went really well with the bingsu.
Didn't get to try any of the "hot" foods, but looking around, seemed like most were enjoying what looked like the "budaejiggae" (aka gi hotpot). Each table seemed to have ordered one and most seem to be enjoying, so we figure we put that on the list of things to try next time we come.
Service was good. Timely delivery of our order and appeared half the staff spoke korean as well.
Overall, the interior deco was cute and trendy... definitely a place for an all female party or a date...not a place for two dudes to chill though.
On the way out around 6:30pm, we noticed a mad queue out the door and down the staircase...which we presumed was the beginning the the mad rush for dinner...so plan your visit accordingly.
