Not consistent food quality

I visited this restaurant 3 times within 2 months because I really love Korean stone pot rice. The first time was the best, the 2nd time was fine. The third time was really disappointing! The rice was too wet - my friend told me he has the same "wet" rice when he ate at the restaurant two days ago. We are wondering if the chef in the kitchen has been changed!! If you cannot control the quality of your food people will not come back. Also the small side dishes they served us were not too

The rice was too wet - my friend told me he has the same "wet" rice when he ate at the restaurant two days ago. We are wondering if the chef in the kitchen has been changed!! If you cannot control the quality of your food people will not come back. Also the small side dishes they served us were not too Korean - all were cheap boiled local vegetables like potatos, egg plants, lotus roots- only served me one small plate of kimchi when I visited on the first time which was on a Sunday. The same memu charged doubled on Sunday so if you want to try out this restaurant do it NOT on a Sunday!!
