BE WARNED!I purchased my groupon in Oct-11 and began to make a reservation by phone in Oct, I called about 20 times a day for two days and no one picks up! So i decided I had to walk-in to make an advanced reservation and their earliest table available was 2 months later in Jan.Last night we went to dine at this restaurant and their oyster was.. exceptionally bad quality. I purchased my groupon in Oct-11 and began to make a reservation by phone in Oct, I called about 20 times a day for two days and no one picks up! So i decided I had to walk-in to make an advanced reservation and their earliest table available was 2 months later in Jan.
Last night we went to dine at this restaurant and their oyster was.. exceptionally bad quality. I didn't expect much from a 118 dollar meal anyway. Their oyster was not fresh and one of them actually tasted like feces which made me throw up immediately in the bathroom.
Besides the oysters, the main dish and soup was of the quality of fast food stores.
One thing to praise about this restaurant though is the staff. When we presented the foul smelling oyster to the waitress, she remained calm and stated there was something wrong with the oyster and would change the batch for us.. but we decided that we had enough.
