Not sure about other choices on their menu but their ribeye is definitely not something to recommend. It’s not all that bad but from the top of my head I can name more than 20 places in HK with better steaks than Ruby Tuesday’s and cheaper. Guess they keep the price high so people might consider becoming a member and enjoy the 50% discount. But that’s not a way to do business in my opinion if your product is not good. I would recommend Ruby Tuesday only when Macdonald’s is closed.
