This is the third time me ordering its signature Veggie Patch and fifth time visiting Le Jus (it be a beverage store nearby my office). Last few times were all fine. This morning they handed over a Veggie Patch of a very different and strange color and taste. After I told them the color was off (instead of green, this time is yellowish brown), they said it’s normal. I thought to myself maybe the color is different for the different proportion of ingredients. But after a few sips as I walked away
After I told them the color was off (instead of green, this time is yellowish brown), they said it’s normal. I thought to myself maybe the color is different for the different proportion of ingredients. But after a few sips as I walked away, I turned around and complained about the metallic taste (in a calm and objective manner). The male owner immediately said: “Oh really? Did you really order it before?” After I gave a positive yes, he said “but we don’t do any exchange.” I returned everything without a word becuz the $49 is just not worth the fight.
I visited Le Jus nearly every other day since I learned about its existence on the days I don’t work from home. I will definitely stop shopping there, though last few times I felt good about this store.
