Thinking it was related to W's Entrecote, which is one of our favourite restaurants, we thought we would give it a try. Being told that this is the "original" Entrecote from Paris even made our expectations higher, which was unfortunate.It's only a one set course menu.It did start off well with good tasting bread.Salad: decent serving side but SOUR - probably too much vinegar.Main dish: Fries and steak. Main dish: Fries and steak. Both the steak and fries were lukewarm at best. If you like ketchup with your fries then dine elsewhere. No ketchup. Seriously. As if French Fries were the epitome of french dining. Steak was not the "melt in your mouth" variety, and the sauce, again, was sour. It was a far cry from W's Entrecote.
The serving of the dessert was nothing like the photo in the menu, so again, we were someone disappointed but maybe we were already biased by this point.
After offering our feedback to the maitre d, his response in essence was, "yes, I've heard this all before, but that's how it is in Paris so too bad". Not a hint of an apology. We won't be returning ever.
All in all it was a truly regrettable dining decision.

And if you're a man (or woman) on the portly side, you will find the small tables uncomfortable.
