Tried out both lunch and dinner buffet on two separate occasions and found experience was inconsistent and unenjoyable. Restaurant was always quite noisy, crowded and a bit chaotic. Food quality especially in the seafood raw bar station was of very average quality. We are not big fans for buffet and we went along based on friends’ suggestions. Will not go back for a long while as we found the hotel overall service standard was nothing memorable from valet parking to F&B service for the price po

Case in point, Sing Yin Chinese restaurant often can’t someone to answer the phone. Management take notice to improve upon customer service.
