Noticed a new cha chan teng just opened up called Ceylon. It was bright and clean. Thus, I decided to give it a try.Came here for afternoon tea. I ordered the crispy chicken leg with salad ($46). However, when it arrived, it was served with fries. I uttered wasn't it salad and they promptly changed it for me. This was pretty good of them as most cha chan tengs I've been to, they try to force you to be stuck with their mistake. But here, it was promptly changed with no questions. Nice service!
The chicken leg was pretty big. It wasn't seasoned enough though and the meat was a bit dry. But the skin was super crispy. The salad was ok. Just enough mayo without being watery.
Food was ok. Service was not too bad. The only thing was the selections weren't too interesting so nothing really wants to draw me back unless I just want a place to sit without lining up.
