Not really Vietnamese food

As a lover of Vietnamese food this place is a huge disappointment. The food is really just Hong Kong food with a Hong Kong taste. You just can't make a beef Chinese brisket soup, then put a withered piece of basil on it and pretend to call it a Vietnamese Pho! None of the food I've tried there has anything like the taste one would expect from authentic Vietnamese food. Given there are so many more options very close by I'd certainly go elsewhere.
