Wah Yuen used to be famous and started off with a little joint in homantin.Then they moved to Cheung Sha Wan and now they are at Lai Chi Kok near D2.The menu used to be bigger with unusual items like pigeons egg etc.I decided to have instant noodles tossed in fermented beancurd.When it came, it was darker than anticipated but luckily you could still taste the fermented beancurd.Overall, it tasted ok but a bit pricey.
