We ordered in medium rare.
The quality of the steak was tender and lean. They had great texture, served sliced and pink in colour, but the famous lime green sauce couldn't nourish its level. The sauce taste something like beurre blanc tho.
Fries - not chewy nor hot when served. Could have been a bit crisper.
Seems the steak and fries were cool down quickly. In avoidence of the deterioration of steak quality, recommended to serve like what "La Vache!" do. Hit the rest up on customer's own table while they want to grab a slice only. Lemon Pie + Tatin Sister Pie
Tatin Sister Pie is an apple pie.
Both were a disaster. Too sour to taste for both dessert. Give it up at the end. Conclusion
"La Vache!" is way much better than here.
The quality of L'Entrecôte De Paris HK branch even not better than a HK-based steak frites restaurants: "W's Entrecote".
Also, please do improve the services.
