oh by the way, Epoch is still a relatively nice-->decent cafe I have encountered in HK. There are 2 illy issued certificates hanging on the wall (next to the cashier). Unfortunately, I have not met either one of them. So there is still a chance of getting what one would expect from the brand "illy". One thing I would like to see changed, is an option of not getting any freakin fine coca sprinkle over my traditional cappuccino. It is same as dealing with people who do and do not add suga

It is same as dealing with people who do and do not add sugar to their coffee. I would appreciate nothing, NOTHING added to my cappuccino except what is supposed to be there (shot/shots of espresso, and the not over heated, micro foam steamed milk). Is it too much to ask? I know it is hard to please everyone, as asia in general is still a challenging market. Let Starbucks bring the awareness of "espresso" based drinks to the masses, and let illy fine tune the palate. Converting people from drinking (starbucks' over burnt beans) brown, bitter water to drinking real coffee takes a long time. It took north america 15 plus years, who knows how long it will take in asia?
