There were three deadly sins that the owner/management really need to wake up to !1) First, no baby chair and the attitude of the staff made you feel you are unwelcome with small children - this has been shared on forum before and they are just alienating a large segment of their customers 2) Second, the stuff looks like they really hate their jobs.... the lady at the reception that leads customers to their tables even took my chair without asking. 1) First, no baby chair and the attitude of the staff made you feel you are unwelcome with small children - this has been shared on forum before and they are just alienating a large segment of their customers
2) Second, the stuff looks like they really hate their jobs.... the lady at the reception that leads customers to their tables even took my chair without asking. Even if you dont have any training in the business, your mum or teacher at school would have taught you to ask when you were in kindergarten. That was just rude. She later realised it and asked if it was okay and the answer was of course NO.
3) Third, the menu was an afterthought. The bread I had was overcooked (see photo), any change to ur brunch drinks comes with a 12 dollar charge and there were little bugs flying around at our table.
Overall, quite bad experience, wouldn't recommend ppl to go to this particular simplylife or any of theirs if you have small children
