Totally not live up to expectation. The only good thing is the view. Other than that, food wise, only two lunch sets (Chinese or western) with poor food choices and priced at 200+HKD; service wise, the waiters take away dishes without asking; interior design/experience wise, open plan with canteen-like flooring and the same music beat repeated over and over again. Not recommended at all.
