Sadly the queues are not justified and the wait was a waste of time. The coffee might be good but the food is not worth the effort. Revol CarbonaraChose it because it was a signature dish. It was not bad: enough sauce to wrap all the pasta, a nice orange egg on top, pasta al dente and enough bacon to go around. But once a bit colder, it’s not that nice. Another highlight in the menu. Too sweet. Nothing else makes sense. The pasta is al dente, which matters a lot because it’s not all that common in Hong Kong.
