Urban City Diner (已結業)

This is my first review and pretty negative! We ordered fish and chips , xxx tagliatelle with tiger prawns and two lassis(mango and mixed berry).Fish was watery which it shouldn’t be and it was placed on the tartare sauce when served on the plate! Tagliatelle had two prawns which were over cooked and had become hard! Drinks(lassis) were served the last🙄! The meal was not worth all the HKD 419 that we had to shell out!
