Pokka cafe didn't give me a good impression due to the wide cuisine selection it offers. I mean, mastering different skills require time and practices thus usually impossible to be found on one person; assuming a normal restaurant wouldn't be hiring too many chiefs...However, we were stopped by this Pokka cafe in Sha Tin when a waiter delivered a teppanyaki dish to one of the customers so we gave it a shot and went in to hopefully enjoy a nice family lunch. We asked the waiter which dish the cust
However, we were stopped by this Pokka cafe in Sha Tin when a waiter delivered a teppanyaki dish to one of the customers so we gave it a shot and went in to hopefully enjoy a nice family lunch.
We asked the waiter which dish the customer ordered and found out that they serve quite a number of dishes in the style of teppanyaki. They came as a Japanese set with miso soup, a small bowl of pearl rice and a drink. My sister decided to order a Beef Sirloin set($12x), I wanted to try the roast chicken($11x), my dad is too lazy to pick and simply ordered a lunch set($13x) and my mum who came in a bit late ordered a korean stone pot which is on displayed($9x).
It is a good experience overall, if only they could locate at a quieter place...They should have one in Kowloon as well! I'm looking forward to try their toast tea set, hopefully it would be another pleasant experience~
