Trying out 李圓圓 (English name: Bubble Lee) as I heard they have really good boba as it's cooked for two hours in brown sugar. Originally from Taiwan, it claims to have the perfect ratio of milk to ice to sugar. It was bit hard to find as it was on a quiet side street. But I was determined to give it a try!I thought this doll was cute. I wonder if this is the mascot?Menu is in English and Chinese. There is no 10% service charge. This is a list of their best sellers. And instructions on how to drink

This is a list of their best sellers.
And instructions on how to drink it. Unlike others where you're to mix the contents by rotating it up and down, this place tells you to mix it with your straw 5 to six times.
I ordered the number one best seller: brown sugar boba with fresh milk + 30% ($33). As they said it was the perfect ratio, I didn't change anything. The boba was very hot. They were also very soft. A bit too soft for my taste but I found when I was in Taipei, all the boba places I tried were all the same soft texture so perhaps it's what's popular there. Perhaps due to the fact the boba was so hot, it didn't melt the ice fast enough so all I got was warm milk. The milk wasn't as creamy as Tiger Sugar. Nor was it as sweet as well. A bit disappointing. The boba was ok but it wasn't that great as well. Won't really be back.
